FAQ

What vaccines do you require?

Dogs must have UTD Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. Cats must have UTD Feline Rabies and Feline Distemper vaccines.

What should I bring?

We provide food, dishes, blankets, raised beds, and more. We recommend owners bring their pets own food to prevent upset stomach during their stay, or because their pet is on a special diet. We also encourage owners to bring familiar toys, blankets, treats etc. to make their pets stay a little more “at home”. Here's a handy packing list.

Will my pet be kept in an area with other animals?

All of our canine boarding suites are completely private. Your pet will get their own 4x6 indoor run, with a connecting 4x8 private outdoor patio. All cat condos are private for each guest. All pets not in the same family are kept separate from each other, for each guests safety.

Will my cat be kept in the same area as the dogs?

Of course not. We have a private cat room with 15 cat suites which extend to 6 full size condos. Your feline will have peace away from all the wild pups!

Will my pet be stuck in their condo/run all day?

With the cost of boarding, each guest receives a “free roam” which allows them time to run around in our full sized indoor or outdoor play yards. We also offer additional activities (play time, walk, etc.) that you can personalize for your pets stay.

Will my pets be kept together in the same run/condo, or separate?

This is completely up to you! Many pets can't be away from their furry companions for long without getting nervous. But many pets might prefer to have activities with their sibling, but have their own private space alone to wind down. Each pet is different, so we will accommodate them however they need.

My pet needs medicine while I am away! Will it cost extra?

We can administer any medications at no extra charge. Since we are here to take care of your pet, sometimes taking care of them involves making sure they have their medicine! We have a highly trained staff who practices proper medication administration.

Can I call to check up on my pet?

Absolutely! We understand leaving your family behind can be hard. So we are here to answer your calls and give you updates as often as you’d like.
